Since we have a small group of people coming to the cookout and since there are no tours on Poor Mt, we decided to move the location to the WVTF studios at 3520 Kingsbury Lane, Roanoke. We have a nice big patio out back along with a separate parking lot in the back.
The date is Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:30 AM.
The chapter will provide the food. Paxton and Tyler will grill the hamburgers and hot dogs.
Please RSVP for a head count by Monday so that we know how much food to buy.
Note from Dan:
Even though we will be outside in the fresh air, we will be implementing best practices to help everyone avoid COVID19 exposure.

2. Wear your mask when you get close to anyone.
3. Bring your own chair
We will be careful in setting up a food line with minimum handling and each person will eat from their laps in your social distanced chairs. We want to offer a safe opportunity to see everyone and enjoy visiting amongst your SBE associates. Please RSVP by Monday so we can pick up the right amount of food and drink. In addition to conducting our meeting, we will do some drone demonstrations and get some pictures of our meeting from above.
